    Picture goes black/stutters every 5 seconds or so Comcast/Motorola


    Seems like every five seconds or so exactly the picture goes black. I have already tried turning console off. I also tried turning the cable box off. I also unplugged the cable box. Still no solve. Please help, thanks.

    Having exactly the same issue. Everything was working fine yesterday. Picture goes from live to black every second and a pulsating rate. Sound is unaffected. Comcast with Motorola cable box.

    Wrong Channel /picture going out.

    Wrong channels, same as everybody else with the 300 to 1605. This is in Tuscaloosa, AL Zip code 35405. My second problem is my Comcast box is a Motorola and the connection is a Dvi to Hdmi conection. The xbox one is reading that it has the signal but not
    picture is showing. I unplugged the hdmi cable and then plug is back up the pictures show for about three second than goes out again. The cable box is a DCT6200/2005.

    HDMI Input causing intermittent Audio and Video signal loss issues

    I just ran into the same problem this morning and emptying the cache also worked for me. This fixed issues with no audio while watching live TV and stuttering video that would pause every 5 seconds or so as if the picture was buffering.

    We have detected a signal..... But the picture never shows...

    Neither solution here worked for me. I went out and bought the fastest HDMI cables. They support 60/120/240/480 and 600 refresh rates. Also says High Speed 10.2Gbps+ I also unplugged my xbox one and replugged it back in. When I go to the troubleshooting
    it says "Looking for your tv picture..." After about 5 seconds it says it found a signal and says it will take up to 6 to 12 seconds for the tv picture to show up. However, in about 5 seconds it goes back to looking for a signal. It's really intermittent.
    I wonder if this is a problem with my cable receiver. It's a motorola from comcast xfinity. All I have is HDMI cable from cable box to xbox one in and then HDMI cable from Xbox One out to tv HDMI1 slot. Really simple setup.

    Black Screen on Live TV

    Despite all the updates this situation still persists. Every time I switch from one function to TV, I get the loss of signal black screen for several seconds up to a minute. Day one model, Comcast is provider via HDMI. Cable has been replaced and Motorola
    tuner. Increasingly frustrating as this has been going on since launch.
