Yes was Suppose to get a free game with purchase of a new Xbox One 4 days ago and still nothing...Not looking to good Microsoft I did everything I was Suppose to been waiting For Game Code 5 Days Pretty Poor Customer Service!!!!!!! Wanted Forza 6....

I want an Xbox One but...

I'm not getting rid of my Xbox 360 any time soon either, but I'm 1 of those who doesn't play it much anymore except to try out new arcade games and to pick up the free Games with Gold promotion every month. Otherwise, I'm almost exclusively on the One.

I just purchased a Xbox one with pick 1 game so i picked my game and its 4 days later and i still got a brand new xbox just sitting because i didnt get a game this is bull crap for this type of money you would think Microsoft would respond

Does Microsoft still give out free one month subscriptions to new console purchases? I don't know how they do it on the Xbox One though. With the 360, you get 1 month free for up to 3 separate accounts on one xbox 360. Is it the same on the Xbox one?

Anyways, we did also have gold weekend for free.
