Not in this case. I am getting a physical copy of GTA V and Far Cry because I ordered s collectors edition and live on the East Coast. My digital download of Dragon Age will unlock at 12 am EST.

@OrdealByFire, the Sepcial Edition seems like too much as well? No physical content and a little bit extra digital content. Right; it's a bit more expensive, but with what it comes with, and sounds worth it.

Don't worry; the digital content found in the SE and CE should be out and on XBL MARKETPLACE within two months of GTA: V's initial release.

I am sorry to hear you have misplaced your disc. Unfortunately, since you play GTA V with a physical disc, you will need that disc in order to continue playing (unless you re-purchase the game digitally on the Xbox Store).
