    Physical MS Store preorder credits?


    Hi -

    I preordered XCOM 2 in accordance with the 15,000 reward point promotion emailed to me; it's been nearly 3 weeks since the game shipped, and I have yet to see the points in my Rewards account. Did I get lost in the shuffle?

    Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? For the 15,000 credits, you would have had to preorder as a physical disc.

    Preorders are not eligible for VIP.

    I pre-ordered the actual disc from the microsoft store.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    You cant use ms currency

    To preorder anything you can ONLY use ms store credit

    Not xbox currency on the ms store

    For every other vendor you must use their gift cards or creditcards
