Physical Limit to Xbox One S Internet Speed

I will be sticking to physical copies. The size of Xbox One titles as well as updates along with it will no doubt chew way our download quota. I share the internet with my family and going over the download limit will slow the internet connection to dial
up speeds.

The maximum (theoretical) download speed the Xbox One would be 125MB/s (1000Mb/s), over a wired gigabit connection.

Over a wireless connection, using the theoretical full speed of the IEEE 802.11n standard, would be
37.5MB/s (300Mb/s).



There's obviously a bunch of internal limiting factors to make the numbers more realistic, but the most important thing, for the sake of practicality, is the speed of your internet connection. Get the fastest plan you can afford, I suppose!

If Microsoft limits Xbox, then how did my Xbox One S get a download speed of 900 at one point?

and you connect a PC that uses 40Mb/s, a PC that uses 10Mb/s, and then another PC that uses 10Mb/s,
your download speed will be maxed out."

My PC's does not use 40Mb/s or 10 Mb/s because they are turned off. They don't download anything, It is a problem of Xbox live which is limiting my download speed on XSX.

If you are using a 4G network to connect to the console it's likely that your operator may limit the connection speed to avoid congestion in the lines. It is not indicated as a connection mode even for signal dispersion. The speedtest may not report
anomalies, but the download speed may be limited by the ISP.

I tried download files on my laptop and download speed was normal, 1.3 mB/s.

Actually I have net speed monitor, and I'm always watching my internet speed, I'm watching movies-downloading files with 1.3 mB/s
