    Pheonix Omen Lancer card with out solution


    I bought the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition which came with one Pheonix Omen Lancer card. The code was wrong and instead they gave me the Swarm Emblem . Its been over a month and I haven't have any code to redeem the Pheonix Omen Lancer skin and every time
    I contact the costumer support they just tell me to keep waiting.

    I just think its ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait for something so simple and the lack of costumer care from Microsoft. After all this time you do not received any compensation at all besides just keeping the Swarm emblem. They act as if they
    were making you a favor.

    You should learn how to take better care of your costumers!!

    You know there's two separate codes on the back of the card. One for the the xbox live and the other is the crimson omen lancer.
