    Hello, gamers

    I'm starting a new community called the Phoenix Gaming Republic. Everything in this community will based on votes. members will vote on new staff members, next president and vice president, etc... There's a lot more ideas I have for this community that I
    want to share which I will discuss with the staff members. Anyways, My goal is to create a fun and safe gaming community were everyone can relax after a day's work. There will also be Competitive Teams, Design Teams, etc. I don't plan to recruit members until
    I can get reliable staff team. I'm going to list the positions down below so if your interested please reply. Once I get 7 people we'll vote on the rules, ideas, and choose the leader and co-leader. Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Thanks PGR is looking for staff members please read !!! :)
