PGA Tour 2K21 Not working on Xbox Series X

Discus and support PGA Tour 2K21 Not working on Xbox Series X in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have PGA Tour 2K21, works great on my Series S however it will not work on my Series X.     PGA Tour 2K21 Not working on Xbox Series X


    I have PGA Tour 2K21, works great on my Series S however it will not work on my Series X. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, not working.

    Gets stuck on the loading splash screen, tried changing video settings with no luck.

    Given that your game simply gets stuck on the splash screen, and you (possibly) don't get any error codes, let's try a few things. First, follow these steps:

    1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

    2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

    3. Connect it to wall again.

    4. Turn it on.

    5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

    If the game doesn't work, check your Video Settings, and disable HDR10, if you have it enabled.

    I then bought a Xbox Series X console. Can my game be upgraded to Series X so I can play it on the new console with better graphics etc. Thanks.

    I changed the proffile that was signed in, and the game worked. It kept kicking me to the home screen when i was using my xbox profile, but switched it to my kids xbox profile and I was able to play.

    It still wont let me play with my profile, but at least i can play.
