    So.. im a long time customer of xbox. Been with xbox from the original.

    When i found out that black ops 2 was backwards compatible, i was extremly excited to play it on my xbox one. i was allowed to download all the dlc that i had owned previously on the 360.

    And although i recall buying the game on console download, i was told by Xbox Support that my account (which has been the same acct i have used through the years) did not have the license for the digital copy. And my options were to buy the disc, or the
    digital copy again, to access the content i already have access to. But, my disc drive isnt working.. so my only option is the digital copy...

    So i petition thee, oh great Gods of Xbox.. please hear me and grant my prayers..

    Will u please allow me access to my favoritest game of all time? Call of duty black ops 2?

    As support already stated, you would have to purchase it again if you want to play it.

    You could alternatively see if your console is under warranty, and send the console in for repair so you can use the disc drive to play your game. That way you then have a fully working console, and you can play your favorite game of all time.
