Los precios de los juegos de xbox one son en pesos o dolares? Y si hay algun otro valor a abonar aparte del precio que figura?

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing trouble determining what currency is accepted for items on the Microsoft store. Prices are determined by your location and your account, to visit the correct store for your country, check out:

La configuración de moneda es global, y hasta donde sé se configura en dependencia de la región y el idioma que le tengas puesto a la consola, debes verificar eso para poder saber a que tipo de moneda está configurada.

También puedes comentarnos cual es el nombre del paquete y subir una imagen y asi nosotros buscamos el precio y lo convertimos a tu moneda y vemos si coincide con la conversión a dolares o no...

Hi Gamer,

Thanks for the update on the issue. If converted 700 pesos egual to around 34 USD. So you were charged a discounted price. by the way using google pesos to dollars for the amounts. We recommend you to request a call from support and speak with an agent.
Most common reason you were charged USD is you were on a US site or have region set to US.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
