Perte de sauvegarde Forza horizon 4 suite à la mise à jour[Loss of backup Forza horizon 4...

So i played the game for 1 hour now (offline) and i reinstall the game because apparently i copied over the cloud (not sure but i think).

I say that because when i relaunch the game the game didn't propose me wich save i wanted so let's see :/

Last night following an update, I launched the game and it was performing data synchronization.

I restarted the game knowing that I thought there was a bug because the bar remained at 0%.

I restarted the game several times and after a while I decided to wait.

98% synchronization an error message appears saying that I don't have an internet (when I had one)

so I chose the option to play offline (thinking that it would not affect my game) and there the game starts again at 0

I reinstall the game but nothing helps.

I have been playing for almost a year, had 50 million credits and more than 18 days of play.

Could someone help me or offer a solution ?

Sorry to hear it. If you had copied over the Cloud save there is no way to retrieve it. However, if you played on a different console you could try deleting all saves (including Cloud) then go to the other console and try loading the game while offline.
If it loads with your old save bring the console online and sync it up with the Cloud. Make sure you fully quit the game to ensure you have no more problems with Syncing.

If this does not help then you could try contacting Turn 10 for more help
