Personal information security issues

I first want to say what a big fan of the game nba2k15 i am. I haven't played anything else since I purchased it. I've become incredibly addicted to the My Team portion of the game. Everything about it us great. My favorite part of the game is the pack openings.
I look forward to all of the new players and cards when they are released. So much so, that I've spent a great deal of money purchasing VC in order to add to my collection. I've probably spent about 4-5 times what I paid for the game in VC alone. I have no
issue with that, even though I never have been big on purchasing game add ons, I feel like it truly adds to the game to obtain the new players.

Unfortunately, this is where I have a major issue. Since I began using a credit card to purchase VC, I've had to cancel my card three times due to fraudulent charges showing up on my account. Now I could chalk that up to just being a coincidence. However, the
last time I purchased the VC, I had two fraudulent charges show up on the same card within 7 hours, when that was the only time I had used that card that week.

I can understand server issues causing problems in connectivity or even being down altogether. What I can not understand is how my personal information and finances can't seem to be protected when I use them to make in game purchases. Considering how much online
purchasing I do nowadays I've never had a problem happen as frequently since I began playing this game. A game which I've enjoyed more than any other sports game in recent years and a game which I chose to spend hundreds of dollars to purchase additional add
ons. I'm highly frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged by this experience. Not to mention the inconvenience and danger of having someone else obtain my credit information on multiple occasions. I'd like to think that a major company that has no problem
coming up with new ways to entice me to spend extra money on a game I already own would be able to protect my credit information or at least take steps to do so. Hopefully in the future others don't have the same problems I've had. I do know that I will not
be purchasing any VC in the future for fear of my accounts being hacked yet again. And yes, I'm aware of the prepaid cards, but that's no excuse to skimp on security for those that spend hard earned money on your games.
