1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press S on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

That happened to me, but an update to the game fixed it & now they appear normally. Check for an update.

I believe the same thing happend to me. None of the achievements I have already unlocked are visible in the "recent activities" section and the icon for Persona 5 under all achievements is missing. When I am playing the game and attempt to check my achievement progress via the guide the achievements are not displayed and all I see is a message that says "achievements are not supported for this game". Also the background of my home page no longer reflects that I have been playing Persona. While I can load and play the game on the disk it is as though no other aspects of it exist weirdly points from achievements I already earned are still reflected in my gamerscore but again I cannot search or see them. This occured around 6 pm last night. No changes after attempting to restart my console. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening.
