There isn't anything anyone on these forums can do to help. Just report them on your console. It's all you can do.

Also block communications with them.

Enabling parental controls could probably have helped a great deal... for both sides, I think.

Why this Microsoft helper sent you here to report this is ridiculous but not surprising..as people said above report and block and eventually him/her will go bye bye....@Mafivee ahhh it makes since now i was wondering why one of my friends was on UNO every
single night...saw him on GTAV for like 3 minutes and he left quick..must of figured he might miss something lol.
