Persistent issues with profile

Hello. I recently got back into gaming after not owning anything for about a decade. I got a series x. I got the console set up, got it linked to my Microsoft account and had my own new profile. Got it all up and running. Got game pass, and downloaded oblivion. Played it, and it all worked fine, looked good too. Turned it off for the night. Well the next day when I turned on the Xbox, it did the auto sign in (as I selected) and as soon as I touched the joystick it signed me off of my profile. I tried to sign back in, and it gave me a QR code to scan, and a pin. I followed the prompts and it said I was successful in signing in, but nothing happened on the console. I repeated this over a dozen times and nothing. So I looked into ways to resolve it. First I tried to remove the profile, and re add it. Well once I removed it, it won't let me re add it. It brings up the same QR code, and pin, then to set a password. I make one, verify it, and it reloads the "make a new password" page. Repeated a true dozen times. I followed the prompts again, and nothing. Same message that says I have successfully signed in, and can close the window. But nothing on the console end. So next was to try and factory reset the device. I did that, selected the option to save my games and apps( the only thing I downloaded was oblivion) and bam. Followed the set up, got it linked with the WiFi, the a profile, all of it, and it worked(for a time...) I thought it was fixed. Started playing oblivion and had a better day. Turned it off, and went to Jujitsu. Came back and again, as soon as the Xbox was turned on, and I moved the joystick it signed me off. I went through all the steps I had previously mentioned, including the factory reset. It works until I play a game. So I thought it was oblivion. I did another factory reset, but this time deleting games and apps. Followed the set up again, and redownloaded it. Bam, back to playing. But I wanted to see if that fixed it, so I turned it off and on, and nope. Still kicking me off. I've tried to make sure my phone was linked properly (it is). I've verified that my account is good, and even had my wife make a profile. It doesn't do it to her. We downloaded paw patrol for our daughter, played it for a few minutes and turned off the console. It let's her sign in just fine. Launched oblivion on her profile, let it sit on for a few, turned off the console and bam. It works just fine with my wife's profile. I've done everything I can think, followed all the steps that Microsoft/Xbox support has offered. Tried the virtual assistant (that thing is a hassle) we tried to make sure the Xbox account and Microsoft account were linked, went through the authenticator app, all of that, and yeah... Nothing. I just want feedback from a human being that may be able to help me resolve this. Cause I'd like to keep the progress I have on oblivion. We've already cancelled the game pass and repurchased it on my wife's profile that way the kids and her can play whatever. Do you or anyone have any clues, or can I schedule a phone meeting to try and fix it(if that's even a thing). I tried calling Microsoft and I couldn't get through to anyone, and since they log the phone number, when I tried to call again, it remembers my number and says they can't help me, says goodbye and disconnects the call... I appreciate any help you may be able to offer. If I have to just forget the account, oh well. Thank you again in advance.
