    Hello, I have the same problem.

    I have gone into settings as the link suggests and have allowed permission for EVERYONE on every radio button option on the Privacy tab and ALLOW on all of the options in Xbox One/Windows 10 tab. I still cannot access the multiplayer games.

    This happened after the last update that I did last week.
