    my gamertag for my banned account is : InJusticeMender

    wanting to see if it could be removed if possible

    or if there is anything on my end i could do to get it remove as i don't want to lose my account i've played it for a few yrs.

    my ex girlfriends little brother was playing on it at the time it had been banned, ive tried doing a questionnaire but the website would just send me back to the main hub when ever i clicked on continue to (questionnaire) but wassnt able to start it called
    the help line for about an hour trying to get unbanned

    wasnt able to do the case review either

    No. When an account is banned, you forfeit anything on the account.

    Whenever an account is permanently banned all content associated with it such as digital games, dlc, Microsoft currency, remaining Xbox Live gold memberships, etc are forfeited without refunds.

    You are responsible for the actions performed through your account. If you have failed the first time the enforcement questionaire you can try again in 24 hrs. Make sure you to read the Code of Conduct in order to be better prepared.

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

    Goo luck, but from what I understand a permanent ban is exactly that, permanent.

    That's a ban news if its a perma ban. your account will be disconnected to live if that happens, you wont be able to use it online, connect online anymore, perhaps, you can play it offline but make sure don't sign it out. or you wont be able to sign in anymore.

    Theres going to be other people that reply in a rude way so I’ll be the one that replies. When a ban occurs you forfeit anything that is on that account any membership, games, etc.
