    I got banned for calling someone a [mod removed] as a joke and it permanently banned my account is there any way I could get my account back or a refund I spent £50 on a game for Christmas and I can’t do nothing with it

    Yup. A console ban is permenant. Seeing as you have a supposed time for the ban, then i'm guessing it wasn't a 'mistake'.

    There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
    I truly hope this is the case I made I mistake and I will not do it again and It’s still doing it
