    Hi, so i came back from work on friday and was greeted to a lovely ‘notice of xbox enforcement’ telling me that my account is suspended.

    I contacted the enforcement team and was sent a automated reply about account theft. I have not been given a clear reason as to why i was banned instead given a list of either things it could have been.

    I have had 0 suspensions or bans before on xbox so being hit with a permanent ban is quite shocking. I have paid alot of money to use the xbox services and have spent alot of money on games that i cannot access.

    I have been given no clear reason as to why i was banned and better yet now their is no information available at all.

    This goes against my consumer rights as their is no reasoning behind why i have been banned, i have been given no details on why this has happened and shown no evidence.

    Just a random ban. The support team will not help me the enforcement team wont help explain so who do i go to?

    If someone on this support forum could please help me it would be much appreciated.

    (I am not able to upload screenshots) but when on the enforcement page it says ‘Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later.’

    My console is banned

    Either contact the seller and ask for a refund unless you knowningly bought it for that reason

    Console bans are permenent

    Permenently Banned without reasons and no warning. Enforcement history is empty!

    Most game because of stupid achievements that i really don't care! I'm 47 yo and we didn't needed an "achievement" in my time... trying to finish a game was enough!! Or in the case of farming Simulator.. well having a profitable farm is enough!! Now how do i get back all my dlcs? My bought games?

    My entire microsoft account got banned... not only a game!

    And there is nothing to do? No real HUMANS to contact? I'm sure its there chatgpt that banned me and responded to the appeal!! I only have problems with this gamepass... first i was unable to install on other drives, had to reinstall windows!! Now i'm arbitrary banned for no reasons! Without warning! Haven't played in the last month! 😕 found out i was banned!

    "A permenent ban is applied after an history of enforcement actions." "Enforcement analyze history, permanent ban are not awarded lightly" I have no history!!

    Also, its kind of a fraud from Microsoft as it steal my store money!! I can't buy anymore and can't transfer!! This is an illegal action!! Do I have to sue Microsoft or what? No support?

    I don't even understand what happened to my account!!

    I can't access my game offline and its written I should be! I Always ask for xbox sign-in and kick me out! I'm playing Farming Simulator 22!! Whet happens to my purchases?? Microsoft steal them from me??

    I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be and I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Please be advised that Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions are being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement team who work offline. Here in community and even Microsoft Support won't be able to assist us regarding Xbox suspensions. As much as we would love to help, we can only do so much about it.

    Since you already made an appeal, I am afraid that their decision is final.
