    Hello I was permanently banned 5 months ago as an ex friend of mine had logged into my account and sent some very vulgar messages to his personal account which he then used to report me multiple times. I understand if the xbox embassadors do not believe this and refuse to unban my account but i was just hoping for an unban and a password reset so this would not happen again

    If you select the right topic, you can get into customer support live chat. Then just type your question and boom, they tell you your actual suspension. If you were permbanned you probably wouldn't be logged into your account right now on these forums.

    Exactly what you just posted, you will need to submit to the FBI, Unfortunately MS will not be able to do much. All they can do on their end, is take action against your "Report a Player" Submit. Which will be either Suspension/Permban.
