Permanently suspended and no bad history 3 day now and lots of time and money waisted

Microsoft is working on a fix, but there is no ETA for when it will be fixed. All you can do is keep checking the site to see if it updates. You can try contacting support so they can tell you how long your actual suspension is, but they won't have any further information. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

The enforcement team are the only ones who could unsuspend the account.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Having no enforcement history ever and I have actually went through and read all of the info available about the code of conduct, can’t you please just unsuspend my account since it has been way over the 24 hours as well? Thanks again for your time.

Same here, perfect history but it says I have a permanent band and support says it’s temporary but I’ve been waiting for over 3 days now and still cannot even view anything on the enforcement page about why or go to submit a review. Very frustrating after all the time and money spent and no history of any bad behavior. Thanks Xbox

I honestly wouldn't recomend this game unless you have a lot of time to waist. (and a lot of it is waisted) If you are playing it for the treasure hunts you're going to have a bad time, if you are playing to troll and waist time you'll have a blast it's
as simple as that... from hundreds of hours of experience I can tell you 90% of the people you meet in this game will only be happy if they make you're day ****. It will sadly be the reason this game dies.
