    Permanently Banned Unjustly not working


    I recently have been banned permanently and I really hoped to be unbanned cause it would break world if I can't use my account. So when I went to the enforcement page it doesn't show my ban only my previous bans and in the beginning of the page it says my name then a hammer and scale under it. I thought this meant it was a glitch but I still cannot login on my phone Xbox or Ubisoft. Please help me get unbanned and try to help me.

    I don't actually know for sure when this particular issue will be solved, but some other users are having this same issue, receiving notification for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension.

    There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
