    The other day I was banned. I went to the enforcement website because that is all I could do. I am not sure why I was banned but when I logged into enforcement it says I was involved with theft/phishing/solicitation. This is all news ti me because I have never done any of these things, I pay for my things legally through Microsoft and am in good behavior every time I sign onto Xbox. I submitted a case review and have yet to hear anything about my account. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to respond back? Thank you

    Now concerning yours examples of what can happen did you share your account with strangera or ask someone to gameshare over xbox live if so that's phishing

    You aren't allowed to ask for personal info including account passwords or the person you gameshare with did something they weren't supposed to with your account hence why you never ever give your account out period

    Did you ask a sibling if they gameshared your accounr

    Noone should ever have access to your account period niot even your dog spot.

    You are supposed to recover your account on the friends console

    Also passcode it so they don't do anything on your account
