    I have been permanently banned with no warning and a haven’t gotten banned in 2 years. I’m also Xbox ambassador. I want to file a case report but I can’t because I’m device banned. Please help.

    And with a device ban you need to take it up with people.who are using your console

    Since its rhe use of.the console .not necessarily your account that would've gotten.the warning

    If someone commits multiple violations on others accounts on your console or this is a second hand console.then you wouldn't receive a warning since it has nothing to do with you

    Common you know this already

    If.it's a second hand console you need to address it with the previous owner

    And no it can't be lifted

    Console suspension due to actions by anyonre using yoir console.is.still your responcibility

    I read that part but you also mentioned that you are permanently banned so taking into consideration that you are an Xbox ambassador I guessed that you knew that permanently banned and device banned are considered different bans, and that you should also know that a device ban it's not issue lightly as there's no way to revert one of those so that's why I focused on the permanently banned, but if you're just talking about a device ban there's no way to unban a device, and like I mentioned before customer support can't help you with this as they don't have access to information about enforcement actions or the reasons for them

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.
