Permanently banned from xbox network

Hey so i was permanently banned for no known reason and i was just curious if i was gonna get all that money i spent on games back or????

Hello, I´m Jamie. an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Unfortunately there does seem to be an issue at the moment, where a load of players are receiving permanently bans instead of temporary bans on their accounts and it not showing up on the Enforcement site.

Microsoft are aware of this and are in fact trying to sort this out.

What I can suggest for the time being, is to wait a few days and hopefully you will be back to normal.

If it was a permanent ban then,as per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account you would forfeit all remaining subscriptions & digital content bought on that account so no,you wouldn't get any of that money back.

Unfortunately, if it was a permanent ban on the account, you can no longer access the games and DLCs from that account.

A permanent ban blocks your profile from accessing the Xbox network from any Xbox console or device.
