    Permanently Banned for for something I didn't do! Please Help!


    Overview: Alright so my buddy recently had his account permanently banned for "cheating". he filed an appeal to have his account unbanned but the appeal was rejected. He has talked to support as well as their managers and written multiple emails to the enforcement
    team which have all led to dead ends. At this point he seems to have given up on getting his account back but I wont let him. Since Xbox support has been no help at all I'm turning here to see if someone knows how to help him.

    The case: my friend saw his account was banned without knowing any reason why this may have happened. After filing an appeal with the claims department, they rejected the appeal stating that his permanent ban was due to cheating (specifically, leveling),
    and that the offense occurred around 11 pm. Two things: first I know 100% that my friend does not cheat in games, and second he was off by 10 pm that night, so he wasn't even online when the violation occurred.

    Anyway just seeing if someone here can help us get in a more direct contact with the claims department? or any other way to help us. This is so much bs with him having thousands of dollars in content and countless hours spent grinding games on that account.
    Is it possible that someone else hacked into his account and committed the violation? is there any way the claim team can see ip address/ location of where the account was last logged in to at the time of the violation? We really are running out of options
    here, please help!

    If he submitted a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com and it was upheld, then there is nothing else he can do. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they
    are the only ones who handle bans. It can take time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints, so suspensions are not given at the same time as the action. So it could have been for something he did days or weeks prior.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.
