Permanent suspension? What to do?

My sons account was permanently suspended but he hasn’t been on his Xbox since he was grounded. he has been grounded for 1week, he got ungrounded today and he was going to play at around 6:30-7 pm but somehow he has been permanently suspended? I don’t know how this could of happened he hasn’t been on his account at all this week and the suspension said it started at 1pm today I think his account has been hacked or something. What should I do?

Also he has only been suspended once for something stupid like trying to trade a lime octane “a car” and he got suspended for 2 days

There's nothing else you can do.You get one appeal & if that was denied then that's it.

Permanent bans are usually issued due to someone having several enforcement actions in the past or the offence was so severe that a perm ban was issued,

I would ask your son what he's been doing.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about his ban and to see about submitting a case review. Suspensions are not always issued the same day/time the action took place. So the ban could be for something that took place weeks ago.

There's no time limit on when you can be banned for something so it could be something he did weeks or even months ago.

If he was trading for things outside of the game & over Xbox live then that's against the ToU/CoC & could be the reason.

That that’s unfortunate, because he had been grounded for 2weeks so idk what happened I’m thinking someone hacked the account or he gave someone the account Info I don’t know but that’s unfortunate because he mostly played rocket league and did game trades for times and credits he had 7k credits so 70$ basically and took hem around 7 months to get.
