Permanent Suspension Inquiry After Apeal has been Upheld

What you see as a "stupid mistake" is not always as simple as that & while I acknowledge a parent's natural instinct to back their child it all depends on the severity of the mistake & the concept of understanding acceptable behaviour. For example I have
relatives who are in their early years who understand that if they use profanity that will end up with them being chastised, they're in school and understand that if they use that language in school they will be punished for it.

For a permanent suspension to have been applied it tells me that the action was severe or that it was not their first rodeo with the enforcement team.

Es un menor de edad. Necesito poder presentar la apelación o enviar una consulta al equipo de cumplimiento.
Como padre, debería poder comunicarme con ellos ya que la atención al cliente no puede hacer nada al respecto.
He gastado mucho dinero a lo largo de los años y para que su cuenta sea eliminada por un error estúpido de niño parece ser muy duro.
¿Cómo me pongo en contacto con ellos? Gracias

Hola, realmente será difícil recuperar esa cuenta puesto que una suspensión permanente significa que su código de conducta fue reportado múltiples veces entonces es necesario al menos seguir presentando la apelación.

This page says you can also do a “case review inquiry” to learn more about it. Would that be something they could possibly do to at least talk to an enforcement team member to find out what happened/get everything explained? Or is that just bad wording
and that just how to open a case review in general theyre explaining? Have inquiry after it makes me think they should be able to at least get kore information that way.

You can submit a Case Review by visiting the Xbox Policy & Enforcement team website. The below instructions can also be seen

here.

1. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an orange hammer icon, or visit your Enforcement
   History.
2. Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select Apply for Review.
3. Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting Agree.
4. If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated
   policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.
5. Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game
   activity, or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select Submit.

After submitting, an Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement agent will begin a thorough review of the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the enforcement,
taking into account any new details that you have provided.

It does raise an interesting point about parents appealing on behalf of minors though.

The proper and logical response to this is that the parent is responsible for the child's actions.

In most cases the parent should use it as a life lesson to the child, actions have consequences, what you did was wrong..etc...

and in this case a ;lesson for parents to make sure the primary account is secure. Even the most trustworthy kid will try and buck the system if it suits them.
