    Permanent communication ban


    My friend (InsaneMontagne) has been permanently communication banned because someone wanted his name but he wouldn't give it to him, so the person who wanted his name got all his friends to report him and after the amount of reports he got automatically
    banned. Its quite a problem as we cannot communicate over Xbox and since he cannot contact support I was just wondering whether you could look into this

    Permanent Communication Ban??

    You can try removing your profile from your console,doing a hard reset & then download your profile again.

    It's possible though that more offences have been discovered & your suspension has been extended & for some reason isn't showing up on the enforcement site.

    You can try contacting support
    here     & they may be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but that's it,they will not be able to do anything about it.

    I was banned temporarily on September 21st 2017 until the October 6th 2017 & that ban restricted me from literally everything from playing games online on the Xbox One & the Xbox 360 to sending messages and speaking in parties, now I have been unbanned &
    i still can’t send messages & whenever I join a party I get a message saying your privacy settings prevent chat with some people but I never got this message before I was banned ive tried everything

    Your friend would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to find out why he was banned and to see about submitting a case review. He would have been banned because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
    not because he received a lot of reports.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.
