    I was permanently banned on xbox without any warning what so ever for my gamerpic. Ive been nothing but well behaved since ive got the xbox and have been loyal to them for over 8 years. However me and my friends quite some time ago now discovered the custom gamerpic feature and all put funny pictures of each other as a bit of a laugh. This lead to me being permanently banned without any warning what so ever. My gamerpic was said to be banned for nudity despite my friend having clothes on. Also if you go through my gamerpic history none of them are anything close to nudity at all. I think this system is extremely unfair and has made me lose over 8 years of time on numerous games, apps and friends, some who I barely even speak to anymore. Despite knowing practically all of the community guidelines etc I still don't think my gamerpic was warranted a permanent ban and if anyone had a problem with it should've just given me a warning. If I were given a warning I would of changed it straight away. I also recently appealed the decision but was denied practically straight away which leads me to believe no one actually read or gave any thought to my appeal. If anyone has any answers to my situation please do offer some advice or help as I'm very upset and frustrated with how this has been dealt

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.
