Permanent Ban

    I need help. I got banned and this has to be a mistake. My 8 and 9 year old are pretty much the only ones that have played in the past few months. They, in no way shape or form know how to cheat or have any intentions on doing so. My account says permanently suspended for cheating but wont provide me with details and I cannot even challenge this. I don't know what to do but I know this is a mistake. Please help!!

    I have never been banned before or have ever been warned. My household is not competitive enough to even care about hacking or cheating or whatever, we literally just play just to play. Xbox support told me to post on here and the enforcement team may respond to my feedback.

    The last game I believe was played was Call of Duty Black Ops 3 on my old Xbox 360. My son plays against bots on the morning of the ban.. A friend told me that I may have got thrown into a hacked bot game.. If this is true, how come I get banned when I cannot control what game I get thrown into?

    For the enforcement I have 3 questions.

    1) Can I get provided the evident details on why I was banned?

    2) Why do I not have the option to even challenge this? It says I'm not even eligible for a case review. Even murders get an option to present their side of the case.

    3) Is there any way to speak with someone to potentially challenge this and get a further review? I hate to lose all my purchases and everything that I have had for YEARS due to freak accident that was the perfect storm for a ban. I feel like my kid was just in the wrong game, at the wrong time. PLEASE HELP!

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    Permanent bans are not issued lightly. If you've had multiple suspension in the past, that can lead to a permanent ban.
