Permanent Ban with No Enforcement Details

Yup we're definitely too tied into technology now, like there's some games that I bought that are single player WITH some WiFi requirements so I can't go on them properly now. I've just checked my microsoft account for current subscriptions and I've still got access to my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Says it's expiring on the 28th but that's what it was like before this ban issue as I turn off recurring billing. So basically if I still HAVE my Game Pass subscription, then is it only a temporary ban despite it saying permanent on my Xbox? I'd love to know for sure Microsoft! My moneyyyyy 🤣🤣

I have tried to use this link earlier but when it asks me to choose my account it doesn't actually progress, so I can't access my account to use xbox support. I could try using a different microsoft account and tell them which xbox gamertag is having the issue and ask for details of the ban. I'll reply to this conversation after trying this.

Yeah it's honestly surprised me that there's been no official statement or announcement from Microsoft warning the player base about this. Maybe if they'd temporarily turn off the messaging system to help avoid further players being at risk. But yeah this whole thing has been a right mess on their part.

Okay so I managed to get in touch with a support member yesterday, he pretty much said the same thing of this permanent ban actually being just a temporary suspension but it could vary for each person. Said it could last anytime between 1 week to 1 month, but I have noticed that the notification I get on Xbox when trying to sign in is now saying suspended instead of permanently banned now, so here's hoping that my suspension gets lifted sooner rather than later. Anyone else got an update on their suspension issues?

I didn't get my account back but i have good news if you own a xbox 360 that is.. When i sign in using my banned account on my Xbox 360 it showed the end date of my suspension 1//21/22 in other words im not banned 😁
