    Permanent Ban, Unexplained, Appeal Denied


    I haven't played Xbox since Covid lockdown, probably late 2020/early 2021?

    I logged back into my account when my friend told me Verdansk was back on COD:Warzone, so logged back in on 19th April. Had to take steps to get my account up and running again. Logged in again on 21st April, and that's the only two times I've played since I went back on

    Yesterday, I got a text saying someone else may have accessed my outlook account. I logged onto Xbox, and I have been permanently banned without details. It was enforced on 23rd April, but I haven't played since 21st and I'm the only one in my household. I only play Warzone or COD, in private parties, and never talk or type to other players.

    I appealed, but recieved an automated reply as to why I MAY Have been banned, appeal denied. There is no method of contacting support, and they do not provide support for banned accounts on live chat or the phone.

    I have a text to prove they said my account may have been comrpomised, and proof I changed my password. How am I supposed to solve this issue? Do they really just ban you, without explanation, and not let you prove your case you have done nothing wrong?

    Only by following the steps indicated above can you learn about your case and appeal only if this option is available to you, there is no other way to contact the Enforcement department and no one else at Microsoft can help you. No one in Customer Service has information about your case nor can dispute or discuss in any way whether your situation is fair or not, I hope you can understand the situation and stay within the rules of the platform

    My Xbox account got a permanent suspension because my younger brother had been using my account and buying and refunding things and Xbox enforcement hasn’t resolved or responded

    If they denied the appeal, then there's nothing else you can do.

    If the end date says indefinite, then the ban is permanent.

    Bro they don’t care about their players, they never have I’ve been permanently banned lost thousands of pounds there’s no direct line of communication, my appeal was denied. I got 2 permanent bans in 2 days on the same account both with no reason given. The appeal said I’d get an email back in a few days with a response 2 mins later the appeal was denied. I’m contacting trading standards at this minute in time. There seems to be a new ban exploit hackers are using and Microsoft are denying its existence yet I’m permanently banned without explanation twice. I’ve had the account 17 years with 15 years of gold and thousands of games and DLC they literally don’t care. Scumbags forcing their players to buy everything twice

    It's a permanent ban, and I have zero access to any support. I have tried calling and everything. I don't know who to contact, or why they are even charging me on a permanently banned account. I tried to appeal but they denied it.
