    For some lame reason the post that I originally replied to is now locked. LOL Give me a break.

    Anyway, My 3 day ban (according to the enforcement website (and backed up by the reply from xbox live stay safe) should have been lifted as of 7:25PM Pacific, or 9:25PM Central time. I tried to login and I'm still getting the "Permanent ban message." The email does say that it may take up to 24 hours for all features to resume, however, for one, it's a 3 day and 4 hour ban... as the ban started at 3:25Pm but doesn't end until 7:25PM, 3 days later... and 2, it isn't remedied at exactly that time stated like comm bans used to. Here it's 9:30 and I am COMPLETELY locked out of my account, and my xbox still tells me that I'm permanently banned!!!!!!!

    You win! I've learned my lesson and I will never utter another word towards a total scumbag EVER AGAIN... NOW GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!!!!!!!!

    So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it

    Dude this situation a completely and utter dumpster fire. Never in all my time have I seen one glitch lead to another glitch and then to yet another. It’s like a bad joke anymore. There’s nothing a paying customer can do but sit on our hands and wait for something to happen. It’s sad that in 2022, the 21st century, technology is still so antiquated. Thousands of hours and dollars is just in limbo waiting!

    Hello, I have received a permanent suspension on my account and I do not understand why. I tried checking my enforcement history but it will not let me log in. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it as I want to get back to playing with my friends.

    As of 1/15 at 10:45PM U.S. Central Time I am still permanently banned according to my xbox, while the enforcement page shows my 3 day suspension was served as of yesterday at 9:25PM. There is even a green checkmark by my name. The suspension is greyed out like the previous comm ban, and there aren't any new enforcements against me.

    Shy of Microsoft losing a little bit of its player base, and ones they probably don't care too much about, I don't see any motivation for them to fix this in a timely manner.
