    I recently got into an argument with a supposed exploiter or hacker and 6 days later got banned. I was confused because it said it was a permanent ban. I was wondering if this was a glitch or if I actually got banned on a 2nd offence. I was completely expecting a week ban but no. I am just worried and heard there was a glitch telling you its a permanent ban but when I go to enforcement the review and reduce is expired. I'm scared all the brand new games I got are gone after only getting to play them for less than a month. Please help am very confused.

    Most likely it's not permanent, but is just the current glitch.

    The thing is I've seen everyone having this glitch but I'm scared it is actually a permanent ban. Just want my account back.

    Currently there's an issue with the enforcement site. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information regarding the suspension. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
