    Permanent Ban notification


    So apparently I have recently received a permanent ban which I have previously showed a concern for about in a previous discussion thread. I was then informed that my account wasn’t actually permanently banned even though the prompt said I was. In this case I tried my best to reach out to the Xbox support to ask if this is true or not and if so how long will my account be temporarily banned for but I can’t seem to get through. I have been trying for days.

    It's most likely not permanent. There's a glitch with the notifications telling everyone they are permanently banned when they're not.

    It sounds like they've been trying to fix the notification system so they've changed the wording to a suspension (which is correct) instead of the permanent ban message that everyone was getting (which was incorrect). You were never permanently banned, the notification was just wrong.
