    I got permanently banned from my account for something I said in a message. This was a first-time offence and it banned my account I believe this is unfair and at most should only be a communication ban, not my whole account which has lots of progress on many games. Please do something about it Xbox.

    A permanent suspension means your account has been permanently banned from connected to the Xbox servers.

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.

    There is an issue with the notifications for suspensions and everyone is being told their suspension is permanent, but it most likely isn't. Unfortunately, there's also an issue with the enforcement site so until that gets fixed and the suspension is added to the site, it's not possible to submit a review.
