    i’m coming here as a last resort since microsoft doesn’t let us speak to an enforcement agent directly. my account was hacked or stolen late last year and i got it back after about a month since i was busy with school. about 2 days after i regained access of my account i received an email saying i was suspended. after submitting a case review saying i did not have access to my account for a month they just sent a generic email further explaining why i got suspended. Is it really acceptable to get falsely accused and lose years of gaming content for something i couldn’t control?

    Unfortunately, nobody on here can help you as Enforcement are a dedicated team and are the only people who can deal with Enforcement matters...and they can only be contacted via the Case Review.

    If you still have the appeal denial email (the one with the generic response), then you can try replying to that email, explaining the situation. If you don't still have that email, there is not much you can do unless the system elects to allow another case review (though I believe the system only allows one case review per case)

    That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.

    Well, looks like your selling matches with other people for 800 MSP. You cannot do that. Solicitation is prohibited as per the Terms of Use.



    Be happy it's a 24hr suspension. Normally that's grounds for a permanent ban from the Service.

    About the permanent suspension situations

    There is no such thing as false accusations

    One it is reviewed.mamy times before an suspensjoned is isued

    Two they rereview your past history not just one team but multiple teams

    Also since we are talking abiut erigious suspensions from 2016

    The limit is a year for case reviews

    Feel fortunate they didnt permanately ban you for solicitation

    And yes in some cases its an permanate ban
