Permanent ban for my profile picture

My main account was permanent ban from a profile picture that a sibling uploaded and I think it was an extremes response for the situation

if this wasn't a mistake I like to know if it's under review

If it is I would like to see how long till it gets unbanned

once a review is done then that is it, replying to the email will do nothing, no other way to contact them.

does not matter if a sibling did the deed, you are responsible for your account at all times and should have had it secured with a passcode.

They rejected my appeal automatically

is there any other way to contact enforcement

because I can't find any other way

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page. Unfortunately even support cannot assist with this as they are not privy to enforcement actions.
