Permanent ban for cheating?

I have a few complaints about the xbox enforcement team after my account which has $1000 worth of games in it has been permanent banned for cheating. I don’t doubt that the enforcement team is only following guidelines, but I feel as a loyal paying customer
for over 8 years that we should atleast be given more detailed reasons as to why we have been banned. I also feel that a permanent ban is very over the top and should only be given out in very extreme cases especially since the games paid on a account is accessible
after being banned. This is no hate at all, but as with all things in life microsoft has a few issues that need to be sorted out.

If that is a device ban there is nothing else you can do.

I wasn’t putting it as a few complaints I just think more communication on the reason for the ban should be given as well because I am confused as to how I was cheating and I feel there should be a way to keep the games I paid for, but this only my opinion.

Unfortunately rules are rules and that's the way it is at the moment. I do think it should be like steam where your account is locked out of online features but can keep your games.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturns there ban, then you would get the account back. Otherwise,
per the terms you agreed to, you forfeit anything on your account once you've been banned and there are no refunds for that content. If you're using a One and you had the console you use set as your Home console, you can continue to use the games on a new
account, but otherwise, you would have to repurchase everything on a new account.
