Perma Ban of Child Account

I received an email notification late January 11, 2022 that my son's account had an enforcement on it. I was not able to see the enforcement with his last enforcement being November 2021. Somehow we came to the conclusion that his ban was a permanent suspension and he activated a secondary account. Here it is 8 days later and his original account is now active and usable but in the meantime, I had authorized purchases on the new account for content he had on the original account and could not recover.

What the happened?

How do I get a refund for the repeat purchase of content due to an apparently "known" issue?

There has been an issue with the notifications telling everyone they are permanent banned when they weren't. Unfortunately, the enforcement site has also been down and not showing current suspensions which is why you weren't able to see it. Support would have been able to verify how long the suspension actually was.

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

Again depends on how severe. If it is serious enough then they issue a perma-ban. Even if you keep giving low level abuse - they will eventually perma-ban the account due to repeated abuse over and over.
