Perks Aren't Working

There aren't any pro perks.

OK, so what kind of perks do you get for the Gen thing? And so what if it is hard, the perks you get aren't gamebreakers are they?

Halo 4 is already better than Reach.

I'm liking what I'm hearing so far. People are freaking out too much, like the perks thing. They are only being called perks for lack of a better word, they aren't going to be like CoD perks. Halo has always strived to be balanced, they aren't going to
throw that out the window. The more balanced a game is the more enjoyable it is for everyone.

Nice. Limb dismemberment would also be nice to have.

Aren't these slow motion kills perk related?
