    Was playing a round of PUBG on xbox 1 s, and got killed so went to lobby to get into another game and its stuck on the loading screen. After 30 minutes of waiting just decided to go back to the home screen, and now cant get any info like achievements, or
    profile info.

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address on the console as well to see if that helps.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today! I'm sorry to hear about the issue. We did have an active service alert earlier that was affecting our Core Services. The service alert is now gone, and the issue should be fixed. If anything we suggest for you guys to
    perform a Power Cycle to refresh the console.

    To perform a power cycle on the Xbox:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
