    Perform an offline system update not working


    I entered Xbox Insider and now I want to roolback.

    I am trying to follow the instructions for "Perform an offline system update" (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update).

    The Xbox Startup Troubleshooter appear and then disappear a few seconds later so I cannot choose "Offline System Update",

    How to solve this issue, please?

    I am using Xbox Series S.

    I think this issue was caused by a Xbox Insider Update.

    I will resend:

    cviniciusm, this is an extremely complicated situation because microsoft does not have a rollback system yet. You will not be able to use your console in momonot.

    After exiting the Insider, you will have to wait for your Insider update to go live. Only in this way will you be able to download the OSU from the website and install it.

    If you log out of Insider, no Insider updates will be installed on your console.

    Hi,

    If you’re still experiencing this issue, I’ll try to help here.

    If you’re an Xbox Insider, then the offline system update won’t be an available option as Insider builds aren’t compatible with any OSU files. So if you’re currently in a preview, you should opt out and then restart your console before trying the offline update. This should take around 10 minutes.

    As per ‘How to remove a single console from the Xbox Update Preview program’ in the Xbox Insider Programme FAQ

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox or a Windows device.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the programme.
    4. Select Done.
