hola buen dia necesito ayuda ya he intentado por varios medios y nadie me responde mi problema es el siguente tengo el xbox 360 con mi perfil siempre compre juegos digitales y cosas por la tienda virtual y ahora que ya compre el xbox one no puedo descargar
mi perfil anterior del 360 ya que el correo de el que lo hice ya no recuerdo la clave ya que solo lo hice para jugar y el telefono que di de alta con la cuenta ya no lo tengo he intentado que vinculen mi gamertag a otro correo y me mandan a esperar varios
meses y dicen que si se vincula a otro correo pero al final siempre insisten en mandar verificación a el correo que ya no tengo la clave puedo dar cualquier informacion y comprobar de muchas manesras que es mi gamertag y me gustaria recuperarlo por lo que
tengo comprado con esa cuenta gracias.

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this issue. I'm sorry to hear that the recovery of the account has not yet been successful. Now, during the account recovery process when it asks to verify the email it should give you an option saying
'I don't have any of these' choose that and it will ask you to manually fill out information about your account. Check this article out: 'Recover
and reset your lost Microsoft account password"

You can still access your Microsoft account by completing an online account recovery form. Go to
Recover your Microsoft account.

In the Contact email address text box, enter a current email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link.
In the third text box, type the characters displayed on the screen. This is to verify that you aren’t a robot.
To help maintain the security of your Microsoft account, you’ll be prompted for several pieces of identification information that you provided when you initially set up your account. Fill in as many of the boxes as you can.

Hello,

Try to delete your profile (profile only), this option does not delete your saved games or items you've downloaded, after doing so, try to download your profile again.

Delete Profile Safely:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller one time.

Select Download Profile.

Note: If you don't see Download Profile, press the blue "X" button on your Xbox 360 controller to sign out of any profile you're currently signed into.
