Yes the order was completed in early August per the order history.

I'm on it. As per checking, the DLC isn't free. I would like to clarify, do you own the DLC?

To check, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. The order should be visible and is stated as "completed".

Games go for per-order/download when they go gold. Just like every other game on the Xbox store.

Its kind of.pointless to pre order digital per say... I mean once the game is available it will be available to for download.
