    People who pre-ordered an Xbox One X Scorpio Edition deserve a free copy of PUBG


    As someone very loyal to Xbox, I pre-ordered an Xbox One X Scorpio long before launch. I am quite upset to see that only about a month after launch, a free copy of PUBG was given out with purchase. Am I wrong to feel slighted? Had I not pre-ordered and waited
    just a month, I could have gotten a free game. This is no way to treat your most loyal gamers.

    I would like to question why are Xbox one x consoles being shipped with a free PUBG game? When I pre-ordered Project Scorpio edition and picked up at Midnight with no additional games. Could I please get an explanation why this is? & why existing Xbox one
    X owners are being penalised? Thank you

    eBay sellers are calling Xbox One with 1TB drive as "XBox One X" or "XBox 1X" for short. AFAIK - Microsoft never offered an "XBox One X"

    Xbox One X is a genuine Microsoft console. It was officially released in November 2017 with a limited number of pre-orders being released as a Project Scorpio edition.
    Another limited edition of the console was the Cyberpunk Edition.

    The Xbox One X was released as Microsoft`s most powerful console to date at the time.

    They're the same thing basically. The Scorpio is just a limited edition version of the One X that was available for pre-order and at launch. The console itself and the controller that it comes with says "Project Scorpio" on them.

    There is a promotion right now to get a second controller for free if you buy an Xbox One X, but you would have to check with the retailer you're looking to buy from if they are participating in that promotion. Similar with other bundles. They've only recently
    started releasing bundles so there will most likely be more.
