    People can't hear me when I use discord on my Xbox Series S


    Hi, when I use discord on my Xbox series S everything works as it should except for my audio. I can perfectly hear my friends but they can't hear me. My headsets works perfectly in any other device and it also works when I use the in-game chat of any game.

    I see. Have you tried the steps below from the support page?
    "Note If you experience issues being heard or hearing others, go back to the Discord voice channel you joined in Parties & chats, select Options, and then set Noise suppression to On."

    Also, does your mic work fine with Xbox party chat? If it does, it must be an issue with the Discord itself.

    I would recommend that you try all the suggested troubleshooting steps from the link below.

    Hi there! I will do my best to help.

    When did this issue start to occur?
    Is this the first time you're trying to use Discord voice on Xbox console?
    Did you make sure that you transferred the voice correctly? Please note that switching between Discord voice channels on console is not supported. You'll need to retransfer audio from Discord again to switch to a new voice channel.

    Hi, this issue has been ocurring since the very first time that I tried to use discord on the Xbox. The voice transfers correctly to the Xbox and I can hear my friends without any problem but for some reason they can't hear me.

    We totally understand that you want to relink your Discord account to your Xbox Series S. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check the account or the devices that is connected to your account. No worries, we do have some effective troubleshooting steps here that could fix the issue.

    Here are some steps you can try:



    1. Make sure that your Discord account is not already linked to another Xbox account. You can check this by logging into your Discord account and going to User Settings > Connections.



    2. On your Xbox Series S, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts.



    3. Select Discord and choose "Unlink".



    4. Restart your Xbox Series S.



    5. On your phone, open the Discord app and go to User Settings > Connections.



    6. Select Xbox and choose "Disconnect".



    7. Restart your phone.



    8. On your Xbox Series S, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts.



    9. Select Discord and choose "Link".



    10. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Discord account to your Xbox Series S.
