    people can’t follow me


    for the past few days people haven’t been able to follow me. i’ve tried resetting my xbox and deleting my profile and nothing fixes it. it sucks when i make new friends and follow them just for them to say that they can’t follow me back. i’ve never had this problem until recently and no one else seems to having the same issues. if anyone knows a solution or why this is happening to me that would be really helpful

    Thanks for the reaponse. I actually have a wireless headset now but it wasnt working with the wire headset either. My controller is also updated already.

    Hey there Nobody1895,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging for sure. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot
    the Xbox One Chat Headset    . It has steps for things like this.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
