    People aren't receiving ban when I report them.


    Okay so the other day I decided to join a friends party, and in the party there ended up being a very toxic person. And as soon as I joined the party they asked "who the (Mod Removed) is this". So my friend told them" He is my friend". So this toxic person asked me: "could you please kill yourself." They also told me that they thought my gamer tag was gay, my gamer picture was stupid and that they hated the country I was from. Now to be honest with you none of this except for the part where they told me to (Mod Removed) bothered me. Now my question to the community is: Why is it that I report people for thing's that they have done against the Xbox Live code of conduct, and either nothing happens to them, or enforcement doesn't do anything about it? Because it's very frustrating that I report and nothing happens.

    How do you know nothing happens? Other than a generic "thank you" message that is rarely sent out if action is taken due to a report you've filed you will never be told the result of any report you've filed.

    Even if you do get the "thank you" message it won't go into any details.

    Another thing to remember is that the vast majority of suspensions/bans aren't issued instantly as any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so just because this person may not of been suspended yet doesn't mean they wont be once an investigation has taken place.

    Hey this actually just came to mind after reading another persons response. But for the "Voice Communications" how does enforcement specifically enforce those types of reports?
    Party chat can be monitored by the enforcement team if need be or they can play in online lobbies anonymously as well where in game chat is present.

    They have multiple ways of catching people,all you have to do is report & block & then move on.

    Okay, so how long does it take for the enforcement team to look at, review, and to take action. When and if they see that the induvial has broken a rule within the Xbox live code of conduct? Because to be perfectly honest with you. On a daily basis people cuss me out online, call me names, and threaten me with almost everything under the sun. Also when you select the option report for "Voice Communications" Like I mean wouldn't that fall under any type of verbal harassment, along with vulgar speech?
